Brief description of Experience

Dr. Ishita Batra is an Assistant Professor (Strategy) at the FORE School of Management, New Delhi, India. She earned her Ph.D. from the Department of Management Studies at IIT Delhi, with a focus on international joint ventures and the role of ambidexterity in their performance. Dr. Batra has over a decade of teaching and research experience. Her expertise spans across strategic management, design thinking, international business, and business ethics, with numerous publications in top-tier national and international journals. She was recognized as a top-cited author for Wiley’s Thunderbird International Business Review (2022-2023). She has got best Paper Award at Academy of Global Business Advancement (AGBA) Conference 2018, organized at NIDA Business School, Bangkok, Thailand
